Al Ain Holding

Al Ain Holding is a dynamic and diversified investment group with a variety of key growth sectors that include capital, real estate, hospitality, education and agriculture. Al Ain Holding was founded in 1996 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) with a mandate of creating sustainable economic growth and social development through various investments locally and internationally.

Al Ain Holding has four key subsidiaries Al Ain Properties, Al Ain Capital, Al Ain Hospitality Investments and Al Ain Educational Investments, as well as an affiliate, Al Dahra Agriculture, with diversified local and international investment portfolio.

Al Ain Properties

Formerly Seba Properties, Al Ain Properties was formed in 2005 and is considered today as a pioneer in the real estate industry in the United Arab Emirates. Al Ain Properties combines high quality developments with best practice facilities management and oversees a wide portfolio of commercial and residential assets in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.

Al Ain Capital

Formerly Al Bateen Investment Company, Al Ain Capital was established in 2003 with the purpose of trading and investing in primary and secondary investments. Al Ain Capital investments are broadly diversified by investment strategy, by geography (Middle East, Asia, North Africa, Europe and North America) and by industry.

Al Ain Hospitality

Established in 2009, Al Ain Hospitality is involved in the development and asset management of hotels, resorts and other hospitality facilities within the group developed projects. It has built close and solid partnerships with international operators to develop and operate landmark properties that contribute to the tourism growth and lifestyle enrichment of the communities in which it operates.

Al Ain Education

Al Ain Educational Investments was created in 2011 to oversee the educational institutions attached to the Group and to contribute to the development of education in the United Arab Emirates. Investments include top quality educational institutions that adhere to teaching best practices and deliver comprehensive education and skills development for young pupils.
