The Supply Chain at Al Dahra reflects the business strategy and objectives of the company in terms of product sourcing, purchasing, sea and land transportation and finally warehousing and distribution. We understand the distinction of each product and treat them with utmost care to maintain the quality and hygiene. This has motivated us to set up a management system to analyse and control critical areas like appropriate storage facilities for fragile products (like hay, rice, dates)

International Supply Chain
Al Dahra has developed a supply chain (which we call a value chain) enabling a customer-centric approach that includes sophisticated technologies to create a new, more robust set of standards on a global scale. We have achieved major breakthroughs in performance as we continuously import our products from Namibia, Italy, Spain, Poland, Egypt and the US. Considering the time sensitive nature of our products, we have also included a fully visible temperature regime to ensure our customers receive the best produce all year through.
We have formed strategic partnerships with all the major shipping lines to ensure a high level of service for our container traffic.
Local Supply Chain
Al Dahra combines the latest technology with years of expertise to design one of the most effective local distribution networks. Using the latest Forecasting Software, we create a delivery schedule to meet the customer’s needs; while ensuring inventory optimization.
We have a modern fleet of trucks and trailers to deliver products straight to our customer location direct from the Port. Al Dahra operates from 17 Distribution Centres throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We work closely with the ADFC to ensure efficient distribution of products to the local market and complete service along the supply chain
Rapid stock resolution is a method perfected by us to ensure product safety, storage and live up-to-date stock control
